Andreana Atanasova holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia. She has over 20 years experience in the field of telecommunications and European affairs. Andreana Atanasova has started her professional career in 1996 as a Chief Specialist at the State Communications Inspectorate. Until 2008, she consecutively held positions in the policy maker for the electronic communications sector both in the area of communications and in the European integration area. During this period, Andreana Atanasova was strongly engaged in the development of telecommunication sector policy, harmonization of the national legislation with the EU requirements and accession of the Republic of Bulgaria to the EU as a full member. As an Advisor to the Cabinet of the Communications Regulation Commission in 2008-2009, she participated in the first round analysis of the relevant markets, as well as in the drafting of secondary legislation, regulatory instruments and decisions. From 2009 to 2013, Andreana Atanasova served as a Director of the Communications Directorate at the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications and Counsellor at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Bulgaria in the EU. In 2014 Andreana Atanasova was appointed by the President of the Republic of Bulgaria as a Member of the Communications Regulation Commission with a 5-year mandate. From August 12, 2019 to May 12, 2012 she was a Deputy Minister of Transport, IT and Communications of the Republic of Bulgaria responsible for information technology and communications.

Д-р Мартин Захариев работи през последните 25 в областта на медиите,телекомуникациите и туризма като журналист, редактор, радио и телевизионен водещ и продуцент, дългогодишен издател на списания и предприемач в различни медиини и иновативни технологични проекти. Завършил е Право в ЮФ на Софийския Университет и е специализирал Медиен Мениджмънт в САЩ и Англия. В началото на професионалната си кариера е бил DJ, радио и телевизионен водещ на различни предавания в Радио Витоша, Дарик Радио, БНР и БНТ. Водещ на програмата Всяка Неделя по Ефир 2 в БНТ през 1996 г. Продуцент на българска джаз, поп и рок музика между 1993 – 1997 г. Работи в като главен секретар на Държавната Комисия по Далекосъобщения между 1999-2001. През различни години (1993 – 2008) създава и издава едни от водещите месечни списания в България: Union Media – 1994-1996, Егоист 1996-2007, ЕГО-2007-2009, Плейбой 2002-2008, Ритъм 2003-2007, Мотор Шоу 2005-2015, Bulgaria Air 2004-2010, Hello!, BBC Знание, BBC Good Food, BBC Top Gear, Grazia, Glamour. Създава и управлява радио мрежите Ретро Радио 2001-2008 г. и Радио Гонг 2004-2008, както и компанията Digital Radio 2008-2012, профилирана в доставка на цифрово медийно съдържание и стрийминг услуги. Бил е телевизионен продуцент на предаванията Форт Бояр, Аламинут и Преди Обед по бТВ от 2008 до 2013 г.. През различини периоди е член на Съюза на издателите, Асоциацията на рекламните агенции и член на управителните съвети на Асоциацията на радио и телевизионните оператори – АБРО, Асоциацията на телевизионните продуценти – АТП. През 2013 г. е избран за депутат от София в 42-то Народно събрание, като гражданска квота, където е член на комисията по култура и медии, както и член на Комисията по транспорт, информационни технологии и съобщения. В 43-то Народно събрание е съветник към същите две комисии. От 2016 г. е избран за изпълнителен директор на Националния борд по туризъм (www.tourismboard.bg), а през 2018 е избран за заместник председател на Управителния съвет на борда. През 2017 г. заедно с Министерство на туризма инициира и създава Българския туристически и информационен център в Шанхай, Китай. Защитава докторска дисертация в УНИБИТ през 2019 г.на тема „Дигитализация на бизнеса в туризма“. Основател и член е на борда на директорите на Евротръст Технолъджис АД – иновативна компания, доставчик на квалифицирани удостоверителни услуги и електронна идентификация (www.evrotrust.com) и също така е председател на борда на директорите на Егоист АД.(www.egoist.bg). През 2020 г. е избран за зам. председател на Обществения съвет на БНТ. През 2020 г. създава чрез Union Media Ltd., информационния портал (www.5gbg.bg), който публикува на ежедневна база актуални новини, анализи и данни относно мобилните мрежи от пето поколение и тяхното развитие, безопасност и ползи в България и по света.

Vladislav Slavov is a master of „Automatics, Information and Control Systems” from the Technical University of Sofia. During his studies he specialized in two directions - control systems (bachelor's degree) and information measurement technique (Master's degree). In 2004, pursuing his Ph.D. on "Virtual laboratory for measurement of physical quantities" The dissertation thesis was defended 2011 and Vladislav Slavov received a degree "Doctor ". Currently Vladislav Slavov is an associated professor at the Technical University - Sofia, Faculty of Automatics with competences in the Information Measurement Systems. Topics that he teaches in are the area of instrumentation and measurement systems. His scientific activity is related to the development of virtual measurement systems and automation of procedures for the measurement and control. Since 2006 has been involved annually and is a member of project European Researchers' Night. He organizes a competition for young scientists «Young and Energetic Scientists" (YES) as a member of the NGO “Club Young Scientists”. For a few years Vladislav has been working on the implementation of the virtual laboratory concept in the higher education. He has reported some of his research work at the 2017 “Mobile Learning Week”, organized by UNESCO. Since 01.12.2015 assoc. prof. Vladislav Slavov is a Vice Dean of Science, Research and International Integration of the Faculty of Automatics, Technical University of Sofia. In 2018 assoc. prof. Slavov was invited as a rapporteur at the University Business Forum held in Sofia under the Bulgarian presidency of the European Council. Vladislav Slavov has been a reviewer of the Bulgarian Research Fund for 2 years with the task to evaluate scientific projects of young researchers and experienced ones. In 2018 he was invited to visit JRC, Ispra where he presented his work with the young scientists of Bulgaria. He did his fellowship program at Pennsylvania State University on the topic of “Applications of AI in Higher Education”. He was awarded with Microsoft Azure AI fundamentals Certificate.
